High Season (25th May - 6th Sept)
  • 1-2 people  £375 per week
  • 3-4 people £400 per week
  • 5-6 people  £425 per week
We are flexible about changeover days and the apartment is available for short breaks in off peak periods (min 3 days). Please contact us for details.

Supplements (£50/week) apply for Xmas/New Year (Dec 20th '08 to Jan 3rd '09) and Easter (April 4th '09 to April 18th '09). A 10% DISCOUNT  applies to bookings of more than two weeks (conditions apply).

What's included?
Another good question!
When you arrive, we'll provide bread, milk, butter, tea, coffee and bottled water (the water IS perfectly safe but may taste a bit odd as it's desalinated). There's a really good mini market next door and an excellent supermarket in Victoria (5 mins drive).
Linen is changed weekly and we provide spares!
The apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival and everything checked.
We provide towels for use in the apartment, but please bring your own beach towels.
Air conditioning and heating are supplied by a seperate meter and cards are available for you to purchase on site (charged at cost).
Anything else?
Yes! The boring bits!

We require a 25% non refundable deposit on booking, the balance being due 8 weeks before your holiday. We can advise on insurance which we strongly recommend.. We also require a £200 deposit against breakages/damages which will be refunded after your holiday obviously minus any deductions due. Prices are all in £ Sterling, but we can also accept payment in Euros. Please contact us for current rates and information about our Euro account.

We accept payment by bank transfer or PayPal (4% surcharge).

PLEASE NOTE THE APARTMENT IS NON SMOKING AND WE DO NOT ALLOW CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 6 YEARS DUE TO THE SWIMMING POOL BEING UNFENCED.
